Modern vets are much more than animal doctors, they contribute towards everyone’s health and well being. To celebrate the important role vets play in our daily lives all photographers are called on to capture the work of vets all over the world. Anyone can get involved, just take a picture that shows a vet at work or in any other situation which portrays the diverse role of vets, upload it to www.vetsinyourdailylife.organd enter our competition. The closing date is 31 March 2011.
The winners will win photographic equipment and will be presented with this prize during the EU Veterinary Week conference on 19-20 May 2011, in Brussels, Belgium. The expenses of the winners to the 79th OIE General Session on Sunday 22 May 2011 in Paris, France, will also be covered.
